Claire McGee counsels and represents employers of all sizes in a broad range of labor and employment matters. Her litigation practice focuses primarily on employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation, leaves and accommodations, and traditional labor disputes. She has litigated cases through summary judgment, in arbitration, and on appeal. She also has extensive experience in litigating in state and federal courts and has tried multiple cases to verdict.
Claire has assisted and represented employers in administrative agency actions, including actions with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations, and National Labor Relations Board.
Claire also works closely with clients to take proactive steps to avoid litigation, and to pragmatically respond to the continuously developing landscape of employment laws that affect their workplace. She develops, reviews, and advises on the implementation of employee handbooks and personnel policies.
Prior to joining Littler, Claire worked at a personal injury firm representing plaintiffs and defendants in various matters including medical malpractice, civil rights, and automobile accidents.
