Christopher R. Henderson advises and represents employers in traditional labor law matters. Chris has significant experience representing employers in collective bargaining, grievance arbitrations, unfair labor practice proceedings, and other employment and labor related matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Chris was a labor and employment associate of a Connecticut law firm. He has also served as a staff attorney for one of Connecticut’s largest public sector unions, and previously served as the director of labor relations for the Connecticut State College and University system. Having represented both labor and management, Chris brings a unique and practical skill set to the representation of his clients.
