Overview

Christopher M. Neary concentrates his practice on labor and employment law. He has extensive experience with Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission matters. During his career, Christopher has tried over 40 cases before judges and juries, and written and briefed over 25 appeals to the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Courts.

Prior to joining Littler, he served nearly six years as the deputy corporation counsel for the City of New Haven, overseeing all litigation matters, including employment matters, brought against the City of New Haven. Christopher previously spent several years as a public defender, which created a strong understanding of how criminal actions can or will affect employment matters. Christopher was a teacher before becoming an attorney.
