Charles Cannizzaro has experience defending employers on matters involving:

  • Discrimination and harassment
  • Wrongful termination
  • Retaliation
  • Wage and hour

Prior to joining Littler, Charles practiced at a business litigation firm. His litigation skills include a comprehensive understanding of the appellate process and a meticulous focus for ensuring key issues are preserved for appeal.

Earlier in his career, Charles worked as a term staff attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Jim Johnson of the Washington Supreme Court. Both of these experiences provided him with first-hand observation into the judicial decision-making process. With that experience, clients recognize the wealth of insight he can provide in constructing arguments that lead to favorable outcomes for his clients.
