For more than 25 years, César José Gonzáles Hunt has dedicated his practice exclusively to labor and social security matters, with an emphasis on litigation, collective bargaining and consulting. He has served as Peru’s representative at the Inter-American Commission of Human Rights.
César studied industrial relations for Latin American Experts at the University of Bologna, Italy, and oral litigation skills at the California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. He is a lecturer of labor and social security law in the master program at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
César has published many academic articles on labor and social security law in the top Peruvian newspaper Gestión – Diario de Economía y Negocios and in the magazines Asesoría Laboral, Rae Jurisprudencia, Análisis Laboral, Cuadernos Laborales, Diálogo con la Jurisprudencia, Gaceta Constitucional, Actualidad Jurídica, Jus Jurisprudencia, Jus Constitucional, Jus Doctrina & Práctica and Española de Derecho del Trabajo in Madrid, Spain. He has participated in different national and international seminars and forums on legal updates.
