Carly Nese is a seasoned employment litigator and counselor who has successfully defended employers against employment law claims including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, failure to accommodate and wage and hour disputes.
Carly also regularly advises employers on practical and thorough compliance with employment and labor laws with a focus on employers' operational and strategic needs. In addition to serving as outside counsel to employers, she has experience serving a key role to her client’s human resource and legal functions. Carly’s unique understanding of her client’s business and legal needs allows her to develop and implement practical solutions to complex legal issues. She also works to develop workplace policies and guidelines for her clients to fit their particular needs and culture.
