Caitlin Emmett has experience representing management in single plaintiff matters, defending against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour claims.

She routinely counsels employers on a wide range of employment matters in all areas of employment, including leaves of absence and disability accommodation, investigations and compliance, proper handling of performance management and termination, and the development and implementation of sound employment policies and practices.
