Brooke E. Wancheck focuses her practice on labor and employment law matters. 

Prior to joining Littler, Brooke served as assistant general counsel at a large utility company. Brooke advised the company on matters related to state and federal regulations, a variety of contract and employment matters, and governmental investigations. She litigated on behalf of the company in front of various state and federal regulatory commissions as well as in state court proceedings.    

Brooke previously worked at the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, Employment Law Section, as an assistant attorney general. She represented state agencies, colleges and universities on employment matters. She appeared before the State Personnel Board of Review, OCRC, EEOC, and in federal court.
