Brandon Haugrud advises and represents employers on a broad range of employment matters including:
- Gender, age, and race discrimination
- Hostile work environment
- Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
- Minnesota Human Rights Act
A significant part of his practice involves assisting employers with the preparation and approval of affirmative action plans and representing government contractors in connection with Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), state, and local compliance reviews.
During law school, Brandon was an editor on the Hastings Business Law Journal and the Hastings Science & Technology Law Journal.
Prior to college, he served five years in the U.S. Marines as a tactical intelligence operator.
