Overview

Birgitte Gingold advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters arising under federal and state laws.

Prior to joining Littler, Birgitte represented employer and insurer clients in federal workers compensation matters before the Department of Labor. She also worked in-house on the labor and employment team of a Fortune 500 logistics provider, where she assisted with day-to-day employment advice, claims responses and ongoing compliance issues.

Birgitte previously interned at the U.S. Embassy in Copenhagen, Denmark, and the World Affairs Council of Seattle.
