Overview

Ashley L. Fitzgerald is a member of the Littler CaseSmart® team and is responsible for the drafting of early case evaluations (ECE). She identifies and reviews pertinent documents, interviews relevant witnesses, and drafts ECE reports. In keeping with each client’s litigation philosophy, she partners with the local Littler litigation team and assists in developing and executing strategies for effectively handling litigation.

Ashley has represented management in all areas of state and federal labor and employment law and is particularly experienced with discrimination issues. She routinely practices before all state and federal courts in Florida, as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Florida Commission on Human Relations, and the National Labor Relations Board.

Prior to joining Littler, Ashley practiced at a boutique trial firm in central Florida, where she handled other aspects of civil litigation on behalf of corporations. While in law school, she clerked for the Hon. Elizabeth A. Kovachevich of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She competed in the Roger F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Moot Court Competition and was awarded the Best Petitioner Brief Award.
