Ariadna Arriola regularly advises national and multinational companies in judicial and nonjudicial matters. Her clients represent a wide range of sectors, including banking, insurance, energy, retail, hotels and travel agencies, food distribution and pharmaceutical.

She has experience in employment litigation and trials as well as in advising clients on business restructuring as individual and collective redundancies, relevant changes of employment terms, layoffs, IT monitoring, new technologies and video surveillance, data protection, remote working and international employment law. She also handles resolution of queries in relation to day-to-day employment matters, drafting and amending employment contracts, revising policies and handbooks.

Ariadna has completed a course in Data Protection and Employment Relationships from the Barcelona Bar Association, 2020, and is a Delegate MUN, Catalonia Model United Nations (C’MUN), 2018.
