Overview

Antoinette Trott counsels and represents employers in a broad range of employment matters.

Antoinette’s background includes successfully defending clients in federal and state courts against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, ADA and FMLA. She has extensive experience representing employers before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. In addition, Antoinette has successfully conducted settlement negotiations, and mediations. She has experience conducting internal workplace investigations regarding discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and ethical and policy violations. Antoinette received her certification to be a Title IX Investigator, which allows her to perform investigations in higher education.

Prior to working at Littler, Antoinette was an associate attorney at a boutique employment law firm, where she represented public and private sector employers in all aspects of employment litigation. She was also a Legal Fellow at the Atlanta Legal Aid Society. Upon completion of law school, Antoinette obtained Emory Law’s Transactional Law and Skills Certificate.
