Overview

Andrew Epstein advises and represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters.

Prior to joining Littler in 2016, Andrew was a clerk for the Hon. Raymond Moore of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. He drafted orders with respect to:

  • Labor and employment claims
  • Civil rights claims
  • ERISA matters
  • Commercial contract disputes

Previously he worked at a labor and employment litigation boutique firm in Chicago for four years. Andrew represented unions and individual employees nationally. His practice encompassed:

  • Traditional labor law, representing unions in unfair-labor-practice charges, representation hearings, and grievance arbitrations 
  • Employment law, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in discrimination claims
  • ERISA

He successfully argued before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, drafted dispositive motions, and managed discovery including taking depositions. He has appeared before federal, state and administrative tribunals, including the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and Illinois Labor Relations Board (ILRB). Andrew has experience as first and second-chair in arbitrations and administrative hearings.
