Overview

Amanda Fleming advises and represents employers in a variety of state and federal employment law matters involving single plaintiff and class action matters. She also represents employers in unfair labor practices before the National Labor Relations Board. Amanda is a sucessful and skilled litigator and applies this experience while representing clients in an array of matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Amanda served as a captain and judge advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps, working as a criminal defense attorney and senior defense counsel. Amanda personally represented more than 45 clients charged with felonies or misdemeanors in military court and advised over 500 clients on a range of issues.
