Alison Andolena advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment matters arising under both state and federal laws, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She also has experience representing employers in wage and hour class action litigations.

In law school, Alison was the senior articles editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal, and was a member of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board.
