Overview

Alexis Sohrakoff advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters arising under California and federal law. She has represented companies before state and federal agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Fair Employment and Housing and Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. Her experience includes advising clients in a variety of employment-related decisions and defending clients in both single plaintiff cases and complex litigation in matters such as

  • Wage and hour issues
  • Discrimination
  • Harassment
  • Wrongful termination
  • Hiring and terminations
  • Employee classification 

Alexis is a member of the firm's Wage and Hour Practice group. Prior to joining Littler, Alexis was a summer associate at a union-side labor law firm and an employee benefits and tax boutique in Washington, D.C. While in law school, she served as the executive editor of The Journal of Employment and Labor Law and was the student body president at UC Berkeley School of Law.
