Adrienne Scheffey represents and advises employers of all sizes in complex litigation and employment law in federal and state courts nationwide. Adrienne assists her clients at all phases, from pre-litigation counseling and continuing through appeal where necessary. She has litigated all types of employment law matters, including claims arising under:

  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act
  • The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
  • The Fair Labor Standards Act
  • The Family and Medical Leave Act
  • The Equal Pay Act

Adrienne strives to find creative solutions that meet her client’s needs. As part of her practice, she frequently counsels clients on alternative dispute resolution and the avoidance of litigation. Adrienne also advises and counsels clients on all aspects of workplace privacy and information security.

Before joining Littler, Adrienne clerked for two years at the Colorado Court of Appeals for the Hon. Rebecca R. Freyre.
