Abood Shebib focuses his practice on labor and employment law. He has experience representing individuals, small businesses, and large companies in a wide range of matters in both federal and state court.

Previously, Abood was a litigation associate with a commercial practice focused on business litigation, trademark litigation, contract disputes, and employment litigation concerning Title VII, age discrimination, and due process claims in federal and state court. His background also includes handbook reviews, trade secret matters, FLSA and Florida Whistleblower Act claims, EEOC investigations, and professional liability malpractice insurance defense.

During law school, Abood was a judicial intern to Magistrate Judge Monte C. Richardson, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville, as well as a certified legal intern in the Office of the Public Defender for the Eighth Judicial Circuit and an intern in the Office of the Vice President and General Counsel, University of Florida.
