With a combination of private practice and in-house legal experience, Stephanie M. Ramsay counsels clients on all aspects of the employment relationship.

Stephanie's areas of concentration include hiring and termination, employee relations, leaves of absence and return to work, human rights, business restructuring and workplace investigations. She has experience providing advice on unionized workplaces, and has detailed knowledge of the retail industry gained as in-house legal counsel for a large retailer.

Stephanie is a frequent speaker to clients and human resources professionals on best practices for accommodating workplace issues.
