In particular, she focuses on all aspects related to the establishment, management, and termination of the employment relationships, including disciplinary procedures, dismissals, negotiation, and drafting of settlements.

Before joining Littler, Silvia worked in the employment practice group of an international law firm and in a leading Italian boutique firm that focused on employment law and industrial relations.
Silvia participated in the “Labour 2030 – Rethinking the future of work” conference held in Porto (Portugal), July 13-14, 2017, where she presented the paper, New Workers and New Contracts in the Digital World, which she co-authored.
She also participated in the event “Jobless Society Forum 2017,” at the Fondazione Giangiacomo Feltrinelli in Milan, May 30, 2017, where she spoke at a roundtable discussion concerning work through digital platforms and new economies.
