Rosalie is a trial lawyer with extensive experience in both local and federal courts, mediation and arbitration proceedings. Her experience includes the handling of complex litigation matters, including the successful defense of multiple smoking and health suits filed in federal and local courts in Puerto Rico.

Most recently, Rosalie served as deputy executive director of the Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnerships Authority (PRPPA), having previously excelled as part of the litigation departments of other major law firms in Puerto Rico.

During law school, Rosalie was associate director of the law review, La Revista Jurídica de la Universidad de Puerto Rico.
