Ricardo Alonso focuses his practice on labor and employment law, counseling clients in:

  • Drafting and interpreting collective bargaining agreements
  • Reorganizations
  • Mass layoff processes
  • Terminations

In addition to handling labor litigation matters and labor administrative procedures, he advises and represents clients in collective labor negotiations, union-related procedures and labor conflicts.

Ricardo also offers training on labor and employment matters and gives in-house seminars and training courses specifically related to negotiation techniques for employee termination.
