Overview

Philip Gray advises clients regarding day-to-day HR issues, including the preparation of employment policies and contractual documentation, grievance and disciplinary investigations and employee / executive exits. In addition, he also has experience advising clients in respect of Irish corporate immigration matters and the employment aspects of corporate transactions and reorganisations, including collective redundancy matters, the application of TUPE regulations and due diligence exercises.

Prior to joining GQ|Littler, Philip worked as an associate on the Employment Law and Corporate Immigration team in KPMG Legal Services.
