Peter Hützen advises domestic and foreign companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. His practice is focused on the restructuring and reorganization of companies and businesses under employment law, especially related to insolvency. He also advises employers on the intersection of employment and data protection law. His occupational pension law experience and knowledge of employment contracts are in great demand.
Peter‘s clients include companies from the automotive supply and engineering industries, the IT industry, and the banking and financial services sector.
Before joining vangard, Peter worked for several other international law firms. He was admitted to the bar in 2000 and is a specialized lawyer (Fachanwalt) for employment law in Germany. He publishes and regularly lectures on labor law topics.
