Megan Todd-Jones has experience across all areas of employment law. She has experience advising NHS trusts, and clients in the retail, construction, financial services and education sectors on a full range of contentious and noncontentious employment law matters.

In particular, she has advised clients on unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination claims. Megan also advises on day-to-day HR issues including recruitment, managing employee performance and conduct, workplace change and redundancies, and terminations, including preparing settlement agreements. She has also regularly coordinated multijurisdictional projects, which have recently concerned deferral of salary increases, COVID-19 measures and the collection and use of diversity and inclusion data.

Megan trained at the UK law firm Mills & Reeve. She also worked in the U.S. at an international law firm, where she gained extensive experience on a large equal pay claim for a large supermarket client.
