David Wagner advises national and international companies in all areas of individual and collective employment law. The focus of his work is on supporting employers throughout the dismissal process, which includes conducting cases concerning employment law in courts at all levels, consulting on matters concerning the German Works Constitution Act, as well as support pertaining to matters of employment law during restructuring projects, from strategic planning through the reconciliation of interests and social compensation plans with employer representatives up to subsequent defense in court.
