Overview

Ana Cristina Medina represents clients in a range of labor law matters. She leads GodoyCórdoba's labor consulting team providing services to international customers and pro bono clients. She provides training to clients and has presented seminars on the prevention of workplace harassment, assertive management of labor misconduct, and rights and duties of independent workers in terms of social security. Her articles have been published in Actualidad Laboral y Seguridad Social, a magazine published by LEGIS.

Prior to joining Godoy Córdoba, Ana worked for other law firms in labor law and maritime law. She pursued professional studies in negotiation at Northwestern University.
