Ana Beatriz Rivera-Beltrán represents and advises clients in various aspects of labor and employment law. She defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other employment-related issues in state and federal court and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other administrative agencies
During law school, Ana Beatriz was an editor of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review and served as student project manager for the Pro Bono Program in La Perla Community in Old San Juan. Through her work at the law school’s legal aid clinic, she gained litigation experience, successfully representing clients at the trial and appellate levels. As an undergraduate, she received a Business French Diploma (DFA 1) by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris.
