Simone Carrà is a labour lawyer with a robust experience in most sectors and industries, including automotive, financial institutions, hospitality, insurance, luxury, pharma, sport, telecommunication, transport, and tech.

His experience includes:

  • Industrial relationships (mass redundancies, transfer of going concern, collective agreements)
  • Labour support to M&A deals, due diligence, negotiations and drafting
  • Top management, directorship agreements and special covenants (stability covenants, non-compete, golden parachutes, etc.)
  • Incentive plans, remuneration policies, stock option plans
  • Day-by-day assistance in HR matters (contracts, disciplinary proceedings, individual and collective transfer, dismissals, mandatory hiring, services agreements, health and safety, agency)
  • Agents, brokers, and unfair competition

Simone has a very active academic background and has been a contract professor/lecturer in several University labour law courses in Italy. He has spoken at several training courses and business conferences and written more than 20 publications in labour law, including articles, essays, commentaries, contributions, and a full volume.
