Littler Elevates Angela Healy to Littler CaseSmart Program Director

(February 3, 2023) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, is pleased to announce that Angela Healy has been promoted to Program Director of Littler CaseSmart® (LCS) – Charges. She will join the LCS leadership team that includes Executive Program Director Erik C. Johnson; Emily Morris, Program Director for LCS – Single Plaintiff Litigation; and Meg Coppley, Program Director for LCS – Class Action.

Healy has been a member of the LCS team since 2016 – first as an LCS Counsel focused on administrative agency charges and later in managerial roles, including Team Lead, and, most recently, Program Manager for LCS – Charges. Her role involves ensuring successful implementations of the LCS platform and managing client relations; providing financial oversight for administrative agency charges; and hiring, training and supervising an experienced team of LCS Counsel.

“Angie has been a vital member of the LCS team and has helped lead numerous initiatives that have contributed to the ongoing growth of the platform,” said Johnson. “Her wide-ranging capabilities – from her highly successful litigation practice and exceptional leadership skills to her deep knowledge of LCS operations and passion for Littler’s approach to innovation – position her for continued success in this new role.”

Healy has nearly two decades of experience practicing employment law and served as a shareholder at Littler earlier in her career. She has defended employers in a range of litigation matters, including complaints of harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination; breach of employment contract cases and whistleblower allegations. Healy’s background also includes extensive experience handling administrative agency charges from investigation to conclusion.

Launched in 2010, LCS reengineered the process of managing employment litigation through a combination of data-driven technology, innovative staffing models and enhanced workflows. The platform has proven to provide cost efficiencies, enhance quality and consistency, and deliver insights that help clients spot patterns of potential business risk and guide legal strategy.
