Erin Karnig

Erin Karnig advises employers on a wide variety of labor and employment matters. She also represents employers before state and federal administrative agencies, at mediations, and at labor arbitrations.

While in law school, Erin worked in the Chicago-Kent Employment Clinic and was an active member of the Women in Law Society. Before joining Littler as a summer associate in 2020, she was a law clerk for an electrical, communications, and utility distribution and supply chain solutions company. She worked on a wide range of employment issues including COVID-19 policies, restrictive covenant enforceability, and other litigation research.
