Natasha Jenkins has experience representing employers in a diverse range of complex labor and employment matters. She focuses the majority of her practice on traditional labor matters including handling unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining negotiations, grievance proceedings, mediations, and full-cycle arbitrations. Natasha has successfully prevailed on numerous arbitrations involving discipline and breach of contract grievances filed pursuant to the Railway Labor Act.

Additionally, Natasha handles employment litigation involving federal and state claims arising under:

  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
  • Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
  • Occupational Safety and Health Act
  • Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
  • Illinois Human Rights Act
  • Illinois Public Labor Relations Act
  • Illinois Workers’ Compensation Act

As a result, Natasha has appeared before the EEOC, Illinois Human Rights Commission, Illinois Labor Relations Board, Illinois State Police Merit Board, and state and federal courts.

She is a trusted advisor who draws upon combined government, law firm, and in-house experience to manage employment issues involving discrimination, discipline, hiring, harassment, retaliation, termination, and compliance with both state and federal labor regulations.

Before joining Littler, Natasha handled traditional labor matters for the third largest airline in the world.
