Mathias Deeg represents and advises employers across a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, internal investigations, and employment transitions and performance management. Mathias commits a significant share of his practice to defending clients in active litigation, including traditional litigation, administrative hearings, agency investigations, arbitrations, and mediations.
Prior to joining Littler, Mathias spent several years litigating commercial and employment matters at a boutique defense firm in Seattle. He also served two years as corporate counsel on employment matters and internal investigations for an international retailer. Mathias' background marries an aptitude for dispute resolution with an appreciation for the practical and abstract strains of litigation on his clients and their businesses.
