Lin Zhan focuses his practice on individual and class action cases involving wage and hour violations under the California Labor Code, PAGA, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.

After passing the Chinese bar exam in 2013, Lin began his legal career at a boutique law firm in China, where he handled a range of civil litigation and transactional matters including contract and real estate matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Lin worked at a boutique law firm in Los Angeles, where he gained substantial experience in wage and hour disputes. His work included PAGA and class action matters involving employee misclassification, independent contractor disputes, meal and rest breaks, and off-the-clock work. He also gained experience with DLSE hearings and single plaintiff litigation matters, including wrongful termination claims.
