Lehoan (Hahn) Pham is an experienced litigator who uses his litigation knowledge to counsel employers through all phases of litigation.

He has a keen eye towards the appropriate dispute resolution, whether that be mediation, arbitration, or trial.

Through his experience, Hahn has tried cases involving purported violations of the Minnesota Human Rights Act, and he has counseled an employer through an investigation commenced by a state entity into purported failure to pay compensation.

During law school, Hahn was on the ABA Journal of Labor and Employment Law
