Such conduct may be complaints regarding a toxic personality, violations of company policies, or significant issues of employee ethics or professionalism. This one-hour Q&A panel-program will set up several scenarios common in Asia and discuss how regional in-house counsel and human resource professionals can avoid common mistakes.
