Alexa Beining

Alexa Beining focuses her practice on labor and employment matters.

Alexa's background includes representing defendants in litigation concerning employment discrimination, personal injury, and premises liability. She has trial experience before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania.

While in law school, Alexa served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Cathy Bissoon, U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She held the positions of associate editor and executive articles editor for Notre Dame’s Journal on Emerging Technologies. She was president of the Notre Dame Exoneration Project and assisted in the representation of wrongfully convicted individuals through Notre Dame Law School’s Exoneration Justice Clinic.
