Braden Lefler advises and counsels management clients on a variety of employment law issues, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). He also represents clients in administrative hearings and mediations before state and federal employment commissions as well as in state and federal court.

Prior to joining Littler, Braden worked as a law clerk for the 10th Judicial District of Kansas. He researched and drafted orders on dispositive motions and created bench memoranda to prepare judges for hearings and rulings. In addition, he was an adjunct faculty member at the University of Kansas School of Law, where he coached students to compete at the National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition in 2022.
