Ashley N. Farris

Ashley N. Farris advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters arising under both state and federal law. She is a litigator with experience representing clients in various aspects of litigation. Ashley understands the importance of good client relations and dedicates her time to achieving her clients’ goals.

Before joining Littler, Ashley was a litigation associate at a regional corporate defense firm, where she focused her practice on labor and employment.

While in law school, Ashley worked as a legal intern at a Fortune 500 energy corporation where she focused on internal corporate governance, executive compensation, benefits, and labor negotiations. In addition, Ashley was a student clerk for Judge Henry Autrey of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. She was a member of the National Health Law Moot Court Competition Team and received the Dean’s Select Scholarship, Academic Excellence Award, and was named to the Dean's List.
