Panoramica

Heather Lanyi counsels and represents management clients in a wide variety of labor and employment law matters. She has assisted clients in defending single plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims through mediation and trial preparation, including the preparation of pleadings, dispositive motions, and settlements. 

During law school, Heather served as a law clerk for the Hon. Jon S. Tigar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. She graduated magna cum laude from law school, was an editor on the Hastings Law Journal, and a member of La Raza. Prior to law school, Heather had a long career as a human resources and recruiting professional for global news and information, technology, and retail organizations.
