Alyson D. Dieckman represents management in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), as well as in employment litigation matters.
Aly represents and counsels employers in all aspects of traditional labor law and labor relations, including union organizing, collective bargaining, collective bargaining agreement administration, unfair labor practice litigation, grievance arbitration, and other advice and counsel.
Her practice spans all phases of the labor management relationship, and she enjoys partnering with employers to work through a variety of labor-related issues.
Additionally, Aly represents employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies for claims involving discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour disputes. She also counsels employers on employment law issues, including employment agreements, performance management, leaves of absence, and accommodations.
