During this webinar, we will outline the most current, up-to-date, matrix of vaccine mandate rules and challenges affecting those operating in Texas, including Governor Abbott’s Executive Order GA-40, the White House’s federal contractor vaccine rules, general industry and healthcare emergency vaccine standards from OSHA and CMS, as well as the status of legislation affecting various vaccine requirements.
This session will also discuss suggestions and best practices for approaching this myriad of vaccine mandates, and predictions on how these mandates and related challenges may develop in the near future.
