Throughout the pandemic, women have found themselves juggling work and home responsibilities in a way they never had before. And as companies are now starting to return to in-person work, many women are choosing to continue working from home, whether for reasons of family obligation or for reasons of personal preference. During this session, we will continue to look at remote work and return-to-office issues from a litigation perspective, discussing recent opinions on accommodation and retaliation claims and lessons to be learned. We are also happy to discuss vaccination issues, which remain top of mind for many of you.

Littler Florida's WLI presents a virtual open forum to discuss these issues. This session does not have a set agenda. Instead, the topics we discuss will be driven by you, the participants. The goal is to leverage the collective experience of the attendees by answering questions about best practices, as well as presenting strategies for addressing employment-related challenges.
