Carlos B. Gutierrez focuses his practice on labor and employment matters. He has experience with employment law matters involving discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing and retaliation, breach of contract, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, wrongful termination, and various employment-related torts.

Before joining Littler, Carlos practiced complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on business, partnership, financial, and cannabis related matters.
