Tomasz Pacholec litigates employment disputes of all types, including defending employers and managers against claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour violations. 

Prior to entering private practice, Tomasz served as an assistant corporation counsel in the Labor and Employment Law Division of the New York City Law Department. He represented the City of New York and its agencies and officers in employment litigation. 

Immediately after law school, he served as the law clerk to Judge Lisa A. Firko, J.S.C.

During law school, Tomasz served as a judicial intern for Associate Supreme Court Justice Barry T. Albin of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
