Isha Malhotra is an India-licensed lawyer and has worked in India and Singapore. Her pan-Asian experience includes advising clients on a broad spectrum of employment law and workplace relations issues and managing multi-jurisdictional employment law projects. Isha has been recognized by The Legal 500 for her India employment work.

Isha is frequently called upon to provide advice on India-related employment issues, including opening offices and first hires, inter-entity/state transition of employees, policy implementation, employment law compliance, reduction in force exercises, workplace investigations including sexual harassment claims, whistleblower complaints, bullying, harassment, and more. Isha's proficiency in English and Hindi language particularly benefits clients as she is able to work effectively with both global and local teams on the ground. An India native, she also has particular insights on local cultural norms and market practice.

Asia Employment Law
Isha has managed several cross-border regional projects in Asia, working with clients and local counsel to provide harmonious regional legal solutions that are locally compliant. She has significant experience managing regional HR audits, aligning local policies and employment documentation with global best practices, managing regional reduction in force exercises, workplace investigations, employee training, employee mobility, remote working, hiring and managing independent contractors, managing employment issues arising in M&A transactions, and other matters.
