Panoramica

Daniel Domingues Chiode has a wide national and international background in labor litigation, including individual, collective and Labor Prosecutor’s Office’s procedures. He has vast experience negotiating with labor unions and also acts with labor advisory, especially issues related to investigations and training involving fraudulent acts and misconduct.

Daniel is a former member of the American Chamber’s (Amcham) People’s Management Strategic Committee. He has been recognized in international publications, such as Legal 500 and Leader’s League, and recently by Chambers Latin America.

Previously, Daniel was a partner at Demarest Advogados law firm, where he worked for 11 years. He was in charge of their Brasília office, coordinating all labor cases at the Federal Supreme Court and at the Superior Labor Court, where he presented over 2,000 oral arguments. He has also worked as a partner at Gasparini, De Cresci e Nogueira de Lima, as well as at Mattos Engelberg law firms, where he was a founding partner.
 

Daniel Domingues Chiode is a Partner in Chiode Minicucci Advogados, an independent law firm that serves as correspondent counsel to Littler in appropriate matters, in compliance with rules governing such arrangements issued by the Bar authorities and the courts of Brazil.
