Christopher Benton advises and represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters.
Prior to joining Littler, Christopher worked in a national full-service law firm where he focused on employment litigation. He defended clients in state and federal court, agency proceedings, and other pre-litigation matters.
During law school, Christopher was a regional quarter-finalist in the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition and served as a primary editor on the University of the Pacific Law Review. He also worked at McGeorge’s Immigration Clinic, the California Department of Human Resources, and the University of Parma Department of Law in Parma, Italy.
Born and raised in Sacramento, California, Christopher previously worked in human resources in both the agricultural industry and the mortgage industry. During his undergraduate studies, he studied abroad at the Lorenzo de’ Medici School in Florence, Italy, and at the Academia Lingua Italia in Assisi, Italy.
