Megan A. Smith counsels and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters arising under both state and federal laws. She defends employers in both single plaintiff and class action employment disputes, with a focus on:

  • Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation litigation
  • Wage and hour matters
  • Nationwide class and collective action defense

Megan also provides advice and counseling to clients on discipline and termination, conducting workplace investigations, and drafting employee handbooks and personnel policies.
